the truth is, I firmly believe that kame and jin were lying just to protect each other. in an interview they said *in short* it's okay to lie when u want to protect your partner.

somehow, i feel like they are really trying so hard to protect something. and you are right about the hating thing. in the btr documentary they did mention about the fights among the group and the not being close of jin and koki, but they never mentioned about akame situation.
it was like taboo. and this is somewhat fishy, also all the editings when there are some interactions between kame and jin. it's really hard to get the truth...but i firmly believe they are still close, but somewhat not showing it.
